Irish Coffee Recipe


Irish Coffee with Mascarpone Whipped Cream



  • 4oz freshly brewed French Press coffee
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1.5oz Irish whiskey (we used Teeling.)
  • 2oz mascarpone whipped cream 
  • fresh grated nutmeg


  • Pre-heat glass by rinsing it with warm water
  • Pour 4oz of freshly brewed coffee into glass
  • Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved
  • Blend in Irish whiskey
  • Top with generous dollop of mascarpone whipped cream
  • Sprinkle finely grated nutmeg on top
  • Serve and Enjoy

Mascarpone Whipped Cream

  • 3 cups cold heavy cream
  • 8 ounces Mascarpone Cheese
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • 1 Tbs whiskey

Whisk mascarpone cheese and heavy cream till soft peaks. Add in sugar and whiskey. Whisk until medium to firm peak. Refrigerate until ready to use.
