This coffee is brought to us Mormora Farm in the southern Guji zone of Shakiso. In the highlands coffee farming is a core part of the culture. Nestled under the natural forest canopy, Mormora Farm, practices organic farming.The plants benefit from decades of plant debris while the farmers work with small holders and train locals at their farm and mill. This wet processed coffee has notes of bergamot, citrus, with honey.
