This coffee is from long-time Catalyst Trade producer partner, Dinkalem Adema. Dinkalem owns several coffee sites in his native Keffa, including a washing station and the farm where growers from the surrounding Bita area bring their freshly picked, red-ripe cherries for purchase. His vision for his farm is to produce some beautiful coffee personally and provide a unique venue for everyone nearby to add value and have more opportunities.
Most farmers own 2 hectares or less, so coffees like this are the work of the community coming together. This leads to cups full of nuance and fun.
