The Cachijines represent a family of coffee producers on Volcan de Agua comprising 8 brothers and 2 sisters who have been more active in programs that promote quality and traceability in the supply chain.
This washed coffee also comes from the volcanic slopes of Antigua and brings with it mountains of sweetness, thick body, and finishes with a tangy orange zest!
Coffee from Antigua has historically been great, but is just now moving towards traceability and transparency in a way that gives credit to a specific producer, not just lost under the banner of “Antigua.”
