El Cedral | Honduras | Washed

Deriving it’s name from the village that makes this coffee possible, this coffee is the collective efforts of the hardworking people of El Cedral on the Santa Barbara mountain. 

Coffee on this ridge was established by the Moreno family but has since grown beyond one family and formed into a community initiative. 

This cup is sweet like milk chocolate, has the subtle acidity of dried fruits, and has a creamy and ‘sticky’ like caramel.

We source several micro-lots from individual farmers in this area, and are excited to showcase the area at large as well.
