Back for the fourth year in a row, this washed Honduran coffee is subtle and sweet. This coffee is named after the matriarch that owns the farm. Maria Adillia Trochez started her coffee farm in 1970 and helped manage and establish multiple small farms in
the area.

Maria has 9 kids and her son Glynis now heads up the operation, but the family works together to bring the coffee to fruition. With more coffee being planted each year and Glynis working hard to improve their family techniques, we are excited to partner with this family and grow with them.
