This cup is the collective efforts of Giku, Bumba, and Ninga Hill.
These three hills neighbor each other in the Kayanza province in Burundi and bring their coffee cherries to the same station located on Ninga Hill.
This is a unique and meaningful cup as naturally processed coffee was combined from all three hills to showcase the power of unity through bright acidity, sweet finish, and a creamy body.
Many farmers in this area don’t produce enough coffee to showcase their individual product, but through working together with their community, they gain the ability to showcase a region and put their area on the map.
We are excited to be part of the growth and invest into continued growth as this hill and its people continue to discover their quality and hone their technique.
